Kremmling Community Church
Financial Report: The club has $1,203.53 in the bank account.
Old Business:
- We
voted that the Bohall’s could continue using the club’s sewing
machines in their classroom - for our club members and for their
students, as needed.
- We raised $423.83 at our summer gymkhana concessions and $536 from our 2011/2013 Kum & Go Booklet sales.
- The
club voted (or agreed?) to re-instate prayer and devotions at the
beginning of each business meeting. For November's meeting, Molly
volunteered to do the prayer and Julie volunteered to give the
devotion/scripture.

Enrollment Information - Shelly passed out paperwork. Renewing
members need to re-enroll online, print paperwork, and take into CSU
Extension Office with their payments by Dec. 31st. New members can
fill out the paperwork and deliver to the office in person, along
with their payment. They will be added into the system. (The fee is
for the entire year, not per project.) We ask that one parent per
family signs up as a "chaperone" volunteer leader, because
this will give you legal protection when you drive club members on
4-H field trips, etc. Contact Shelly if you missed the meeting and
need the paperwork or if you have questions.
- National
4-H Week - We signed thank-you cards to local businesses who
helped us last year.
- October's
Community Service - The club voted to volunteer working the
different booths at the 4-H Council Fall Fest on October 25th, from
5-8 p.m. Liberty, Susan, Tish, and Marcy volunteered to bake
cupcakes for the cake walk. They need to be delivered to the
Extension Hall before 5 p.m. on Oct. 25th.
- November's
Community Service - The club voted to help Bohalls sew adult
shirt-savers (bibs) for the residents of Cliffview Assisted Living
Center and Kremmling Memorial Hospital. Shelly will contact Bohalls
to see if Nov. 15th or 22nd would work for
them.
- Scheduled
November and December Meetings – November 15th and
December 6th
- Discussed
Refreshments - Do families want to take turns providing
snacks/drinks? The club voted yes, and Ben volunteered to bring goodies to the November meeting.
