Old Business
We will tube Feb. 22nd, then have meeting/lunch afterwards at Krempins. Tish will call tubing hill and let them know how many will attend. Please let Marcy know by Tuesday, February 19th who in your family will be attending tubing on Friday, February 22nd.
New Business
Club voted to donate $200.00 to the Town of HSS Easter Egg Hunt and to stuff eggs as well. Tish will contact HSS and arrange. (See note below)
Club voted to give Foster trip assistance for Youthfest.
Members are asked to bring record books to the meetings, as we will cover 1-2 pages and help where necessary. We won't do this for the February meeting. Get started on record books so we can address issues and answer questions. Also come with questions that you have from previous year's record books--maybe the judge made comments.
Club voted to pay $10.00 of ticket price for members attending NWSS events on their own since there wasn't a group going from county. Members are to keep and turn in a ticket stub for reimbursement.
NOTE about eggs.
Yvonne said they have all the candy and 6000 eggs, we whipped through about 3000 last year.
Do we want to do them all?
Do we want to spread them out over 2 meetings?
Let me know your thoughts on the above two questions.
