Showmanship clinic June 25th at 10 AM at fairgrounds–contact extension office for details.

Old Business

Will discuss county selling date after meeting is adjourned.  Marcy is waiting to hear from Mountain Mama’s for t-shirt size availability and will then contact members for sizes needed.

New Business

Palisade Fruit Fundraiser

Sell, sell, sell.  Once a spreadsheet is full and you have collected full payment, turn it into Walls or                Wheatleys.  Fruit sales are due June 30th so we can give the orchard our peach numbers.

Trip Assistance

The club approved $75 for each Sego and Flint for Youth Fest.

Retreat.

Community Service

The club voted to donate $200 to the Middle Park 4-H Council.

Livestock Sale Baskets

The club voted to spend $200 on an ammo basket again for 2022 Livestock Sale.  Woods volunteered to get the ammo and will be reimbursed by the club.  The money from the basket sale goes to help defer commissions for sale kids, and the club gets 20% of the sale price.

Scholarship and Financial Policies and Procedures

The club voted to change the language in the policies to include many options for further education rather than just college as well as allow the award to be between $500 and $2,000 depending on the member’s need and the availability of funds.
