Record Book Help

HOW TO GET STARTED ON 4-H PROJECT PAPERWORK

For Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Members...
Learn about what is required for your project by clicking HERE


E-RECORDS
Locate, download, and print the E-Record Book for each of your 4-H projects - Animal / General
  • Locate and click on the appropriate link for your project record book.
  • It will download into your Downloads folder on your computer.
  • Open your Downloads folder to copy and paste the file wherever you would like to store it for future access and use (such as your Documents folder or your Desktop).
  • Options:
    • Print and write in the data by hand.
    • Type in the data and print.
  • Store in a 3-ring binder.
  • ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL PAGES
    • Carefully examine the division for your project.  Look for additional supplements to download and include in your record book, such as "Project Expense and Income/Value Forms".

download for use, if they pertain to your project.

AFTER you download your record book, there are project guides that will be of help to you as your work on your project.  Please click on the category link in which your 4-H project resides:

Exhibit Requirements - Click HERE.  Read the Table of Contents to locate the page on which your project is described.  Scroll down to that page and read what is required for Exhibit Day and State Fair.

Recap of June 2018 Meeting

Old Business
Club T-shirts
Please email your desire shirt order to Shelly: include sizes and name(s) of member or mom.

New Business

Fruit-Selling Opportunities in Granby
Paige invited whoever is available to sell fruit with them at a Granby Chamber Event tonight.
You can contact her at 970-531-8099.

We talked about selling early OR surplus peaches at Granby’s Farmer’s Market.
This is completely dependent upon the peach crop and Phil’s schedule.
This event is optional and for the members who are available on the dates chosen.
Tish and Paige will coordinate based on what they learn from Phil.

Community Service
The club voted to purchase five boxes of peaches to donate to local food pantries and seniors.
We will divide them up between whichever entities accept them:
Silver Spruce Apartments?
Mountain Family Center (food pantries in Kremmling and Granby)
Granby Seniors

Demonstrations
Lexi and Flint gave their demonstrations.

Community Service: Tray Favors
After the meeting, Cherish led a community service project.
She taught the club how to make crab and ladybug tray favors out of seashells.

Ben’s 4-H Council Meeting Report

Council Fundraiser
Volunteer to sell 4-H truck raffle tickets with the council on June 2nd at Murdoch’s in Fraser.  
The council earned $1000 selling tickets outside of City Market.  
Watch for more council fundraising opportunities in the newsletter and in emails from Lacy.

Old Business
Fruit Fundraiser
Phil says to sell lots of peaches; he’s expecting a “bumper crop.”
Contact Paige if you want to set up a fruit-selling table this summer at the new Granby Chamber.
Please start turning in your completed spreadsheets with payment to Marcy & Audrey.
Sales need to wrap up by the end of June!

New Business

Trip Assistance
The club voted to give Ben $75 for CWF, and Foster and Lexi each $75 for EXPO.

T-Shirts for New Members
The club voted to purchase club T-shirts for new members:
(At the meeting, that included Rhaelyn, Cherish, Carsten, Brenden & Paige).  
Jani, Carly, and Critter -- more new members

Marcy will contact Donna at Mountain Mama’s and coordinate the order and payment.
---Is there a minimum requirement for our order?
---Does the previous sizing chart still apply?
---What is the cost?


Shelly or Marcy will email the sizing chart to the club and ask for order requests.
If anyone else in the club needs a larger size, please contact Shelly or Marcy immediately!

4-H Projects
