Club t-shirts have been ordered. Marcy will deliver to those who ordered once she receives the t-shirts.
New Business
Fruit Sales - Due June 30th!!!
Sell, sell, sell
Budget
The club approved the budget for 2019-2020. Our profit from fruit sales will be split as
follows to the following “funds”:
- Scholarship Fund - 35%
- Community Service Fund - 42%
- Club Activities Fund - 20%
- Miscellaneous Fund - 3%
Plan of Action
The club approved the Plan of Action for 2019-2020. (This is a general plan and doesn’t
have to be followed exactly. See calendar at the end.)
Community Service
The club voted to purchase a $20 gift card from Murdoch’s for the beef barn as an award for the 4-H’er
who keeps their “stall” and aisle the cleanest and cares for their animals in a timely manner each day.
