The regular monthly meeting of the Homesteaders 4-H Club was held on October 3, 2011, at the Kremmling Community Church.
President Shyla Bohall called the meeting to order. Pledges were led by Anna Soltis. There were 6 members, 4 parents, and no guests in attendence.
The minutes were read by Molly Scruggs. Julie Aprill moved to accept the minutes, and Ben Mathis seconded the motion. The motion passed.
The treasurers report was read by Liberty Mathis. Ben Mathis moved to accept the motion, and Julie Aprill seconded the motion. The motion passed.
Old Business:
Field Trip Ideas? Phantom of the Opera.
Community Service Ideas? Tray favors.
We have hoddies in. We will try to have them done by next meeting.
Shoe Box ministry update. Packing party at the Christian School on November 11th.
New Business:
Christmas Community Service?
Draw names for Christmas gift exchange.
National Western Stock Show January 7-22. Do we want to go? Yes.
Craft Show-December 3rd. Pot holders ready-distributed to families to sew.
Anna Soltis moved to give $25 to Liberty Mathis for CLC. Ben Seconded the motion. The motion passed.

T-Shirt designs due at the December Council meeting. Leadership Development Conference January 27-30.
Next club meeting - December 5th at 3:15 p.m. at Kremmling Community Church. We'll do the cookie and gift exchange at that meeting. Bring 2 dozen cookies.
